    Went in with a question recently and had to stand and wait even tho 3 staff were clearly not busy. Did get my answers but didnt feel welcomed.

    It seems that unless one buys their boat here the customer service is nonexistent. They are "too busy servicing their own boats" to help otherwise. Bought a boat here many years ago and our treatment was completely different.

    Pretentious snotty people who clearly have no interest in gaining business. So a guy bought a boat here a couple years ago, we buy the boat from him, and pay 90% of what the boat was new- and they refused us service because "we didn't buy the boat there" even though OUR MONEY is what ultimately paid them. I would never so much as buy a tow rope from them now, let alone another $120,000 boat.
